A professional beginning — the on-site consultation.

What happens during the consultation
The consultation is a working session, not a sales meeting. It covers a site visit and space analysis, layout and functional suggestions, advice on materials, style and organization, and answers to every question you bring — from where the kitchen should sit to which flooring survives a household with children and dogs.
Most clients book a consultation before a renovation or layout change, at the moment when decisions are cheap on paper and expensive on site.
When a consultation is the right first step
Book a consultation if you are buying or have just received an apartment and want a professional read of its potential; if your renovation plan feels wrong but you cannot say why; or if you want to test working with a designer before committing to a full project. For clients outside Belgrade, online consultations are available.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an interior design consultation cost in Belgrade?
AUREA’s on-site consultation covers the Belgrade area and lasts up to 90 minutes; the fee is confirmed when you book. If you proceed with any of the studio’s design services afterwards, it is deducted from that service’s price.
Is the consultation fee really deducted later?
Yes — in full. The consultation is treated as the first working step of your project, so its price is subtracted from any design service you commission afterwards.
Can we do the consultation online?
Yes. For clients outside Belgrade or abroad, the consultation runs as a video call: send a floor plan and a video of the space in advance, and the session covers the same ground as an on-site visit.
Should I prepare anything?
Useful but not required: a floor plan, photos, a rough budget range, and examples of interiors you like. The more concrete your questions, the more concrete the answers.
