How pricing is structured
Every engagement starts the same way: an on-site (or online) consultation. Its fee is deducted from the project if you continue with a design service, so the first step costs you nothing net if you go ahead. From there, the design fee is quoted per project, based on the apartment’s size and the scope you choose — a design package to build yourself, or turnkey with procurement and supervision managed for you.
We quote transparently, once we understand the space and the brief. There are no hidden catalogue prices, and you are never obliged to buy furniture through the studio.
What drives the price
The main factors are simple: the size of the home (square metres), the scope of the service (full design vs. turnkey vs. a single room), the condition of the space (new-build shell vs. full renovation), and the level of finish and bespoke work involved. A larger home, a turnkey build, or a high-end material and joinery package all move the number — which is exactly why an honest quote needs the floor plan first.
