A new-build shell means no compromises inherited from a previous owner. Every layout decision, every point of light and power, every material can be chosen deliberately. We plan the open living and kitchen zone as one composition, hide storage in full-height joinery, and position lighting and electrical before the ceilings and walls close — which avoids the costly retrofits that plague homes designed too late.
Because we know Belgrade’s new buildings — ceiling heights, glazing, services — we design with the shell’s real constraints from day one.

New-build fit-outs work best when design lands before finishing trades arrive. We sequence the design so decisions on flooring, electrical and joinery are ready in time, coordinating with the developer’s schedule rather than fighting it. Get the design in early and the build is faster, cleaner and cheaper.
