Designing a Belgrade Waterfront apartment from the shell
New apartments here arrive as developer shells — walls, screed and glass, and little else. That is an advantage: every layout, every material and every point of light can be decided from scratch, around the way you actually live. We plan the open kitchen and living zone as one composition, hide storage in full-height joinery, and choose surfaces that read calm in the strong riverside daylight.
Because the buildings are new and consistent, we know the ceiling heights, the glazing, the HVAC and the acoustics before we walk in — which means fewer surprises and a faster, cleaner build.
Light, views and a restrained material palette
The defining feature of a Belgrade Waterfront home is light — long, low sun off the Sava. We keep the palette quiet (oak, stone, linen, soft neutrals) so the architecture and the view carry the room, and layer warm, dimmable lighting for the evening. The result is a home that feels serene by day and enveloping at night.

Do you work throughout Belgrade Waterfront?
Yes — the studio is based in Belgrade Waterfront and works across its towers and residences, including Kula Beograd and the riverfront blocks. Most of our recent projects are here.
Can you fit out a brand-new, empty apartment?
That is the most common brief here. We design the whole home from the developer shell — layout, joinery, kitchen, lighting and materials — either as a complete design package you build yourself, or turnkey with procurement and supervision handled for you.
I live abroad — can the project run remotely?
Yes. Consultation and design run online, and the full build can be delivered remotely. Our AURORA project in Aurora Tower was completed entirely remotely; the clients saw it in person only once it was finished.
How long does a full apartment take?
It depends on size and scope, but a full design phase is typically weeks, and a turnkey build several months. We give you a realistic timeline after the first consultation and floor-plan review.
