Turnkey renovation — you choose, we manage everything.

What turnkey actually covers
Turnkey is the full package: concept and complete design documentation, all procurement and deliveries, daily coordination of contractors and trades, and final styling and photo-ready finishing. You approve the design and the budget; from there, the build is managed for you.
One point of responsibility is the whole value — no chasing separate contractors, no gaps between design and execution, no decisions falling through the cracks.
Built for busy and overseas clients
Turnkey suits clients who don’t have the time — or aren’t in the country — to run a renovation. Our AURORA project was delivered entirely remotely: the clients lived abroad throughout and walked into a completed home. The same process works for a full Belgrade renovation while you carry on with your life.
You stay in control of the decisions that matter through renders and clear approvals, without living on site.
One team, one standard
Because we design and manage the build, the finished home matches the renders — the detailing, the materials and the light are resolved by the same studio that drew them. Projects like SENSA and SOLE show the standard the turnkey process holds to.
Frequently asked questions
What does ključ u ruke (turnkey) include?
Everything from concept to finished home: design, full documentation, procurement, contractor coordination and final styling — under one point of responsibility.
Do I need to be in Belgrade for the renovation?
No. Turnkey is built to run without you on site — decisions happen through renders and approvals, and the whole build can be delivered remotely, as with our AURORA project.
How is a turnkey renovation priced?
Each project is quoted individually after the design scope is clear. It starts with a consultation, whose fee is deducted if you continue.
Do you manage the contractors, or do I?
We do. Daily contractor coordination is part of the turnkey service — you deal with one studio, not a chain of trades.
Will the finished home match the design?
Yes — because the studio that designed it also manages the build, the result matches the renders down to the detailing.
